What is VRT?
Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT) is a tax that is chargeable on registration of a motor vehicle in Ireland. You must pay VRT if you have imported a vehicle and ensure that you have recieved the vehicle's registration certificate showing that you have paid the VRT.
